All sales incur a processing fee.
Sales tax is added to each order, different regions incur a region-specific tax.
Shipping fee is calculated based on distance from our Anaheim, California headquarters.
International orders are subject to additional taxes, import duties and customs fees outside of Florescnt’s power. 
 
Canceling or changing an order
We receive orders in real time and try to fulfill them as soon as possible. If you notice you committed an error on your final receipt, please contact us here immediately.  We cannot cancel an order if you contact us hours or days after your order was placed.
 
Exchanges
Fee-free exchanges with shipping at customer’s expense. Must be received within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn and in their new state to exchange or return.
We recommend asking for a tracking number or confirmation receipt from your carrier to track when we receive the package.
As a small business we cannot take on return shipping fees at this time. Thank you for understanding and apologies for any inconvenience.
 
Returns
Returns at customer's shipping expense and minus processing and shipping fees. Must be received within 14 days of purchase.
Alternative option is receiving a Florescnt gift card for the full amount of initial purchase. Must be received within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn and in their new state to exchange or return.

Shipping
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days from Anaheim, California.
We ship via FedEx Ground (2-5 business days) and FedEx 2-Day (2 business days if placed before 9am PST cutoff time).
If you need an order to arrive overnight please contact us here before 10am PST otherwise we cannot promise our shipping partners can get an item to your location by next business day.
International shipping available and is subject to additional taxes, import duties and customs fees outside of Florescnt’s power. Estimated 7-15 business day delivery BUT we have had an overseas package get stuck in customs for over 20 days. Please consistently track your shipment to see if package got stuck at customs.
Florescnt is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
